It is University policy to offer (up to 10) "Keeping In Touch" (KIT) days for all staff on maternity and adoptive leave.

The department is committed to ensure that these days are made available in as flexible a way as works for the staff member. We recognise this is one way that staff can keep in touch with colleagues, and to support academic and research staff in keeping in touch with their research projects and groups whilst on maternity or adoptive leave.

Staff on maternity or adoptive leave are very welcome to attend any departmental events.
