APTS week 2 (Nottingham): requirements form

On the Thursday evening of the APTS week we will be holding an 'Academy Dinner'. Please use the form below to tell us if you plan to attend, and to tell us of any special requirements you may have: this needs to be done by 4th March 2024 please.

During your stay at the University of Nottingham, lunches and dinners will be provided. Please complete the following form to specify dietary requirements. 


Please copy and paste your email address from the bottom of your welcome email so that it matches our records, without the angle brackets. It is very important you do this exactly, otherwise we may not be able to locate your registration.

Printed lecture notes will not be provided. If you wish to have a physical copy of the notes please print them before the week begins using the latest version on the webpages. We thank you for your understanding. Please let us know, using the box above, if you have any special requirements related to the lecture materials.

The academy dinner is organised for Thursday night. Please indicate whether or not you will be attending and your menu choice. Please view this decision as a firm commitment. N.B. For the Academy dinner, smart casual dress is recommended.

"Mix and match" of menu components will not be possible. Any choice is always a firm choice for the whole menu.

Menu A
  • Smoked chicken and melon medley
  • Roasted sirloin of beef 
  • Crème brulee served with homemade shortbread fingers 
Menu B (Vegetarian)
  • Warm plum tomato and parmesan tart 
  • Roast vegetable wellington with red pepper coulis 
  • Crème brulee served with homemade shortbread fingers 

All starters served with bread rolls and butter, all main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetable and potatoes.
