Accommodation

Accommodation will be en-suite rooms on campus (e.g. Arthur Vick or Jack Martin), 5 mins walk from both the Math/Stats Department and Rootes Social Building where breakfast and dinners will be served.

All rooms should have: free internet access via network point, clock radio, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, towels and toiletries; iron and ironing board are available on request. Kitchen facilities will be available although all meals are provided.

Please inform us of any disabilities that may need to be considered when allocating rooms.

Rooms will be available after 3:00pm for check in, however luggage can be left at Rootes Reception in Rootes Social Building until this time. All bedrooms must be vacated by 9:30am on Thursday 15th.

 

Meals

Breakfasts and evening meals (except on the evening of the conference dinner) will be served in Rootes Restaurant on campus. Lunches and morning and afternoon refreshments will be served in Math/Stats Department where the conference will be held.

If you have any special dietary requirements please indicate them when registering.

Please note that on the first day of the conference (Mon 12th) we will not be providing any lunch. However there are plenty of eating facilities available on campus, and tea, coffee and cakes will be served before the plenary session.

Internet access

Computer access is available for free in all accommodation. Alternatively, PC's with free internet and e-mail access are available in Rootes Reception (Rootes Social Building, 7am to 11pm). There will also be access to computers available in the Math/Stats Department.
