In April, Prof. O'Connor, Dr. Barrow, and Dr. Kilgour organized the 10th biennial European FTMS conference here at Warwick. The four day conference covered all aspects of modern, advanced Fourier-transform-based mass spectrometry instrumentation and applications, including FTICR, Orbitrap, and FT-Time-of-flight instruments.

The Royal Society of Chemistry Analytical Biosciences Group is hosting a meeting (at the UKCTE), to present both current best practices and future development opportunities for analytical techniques in the biosciences.
