Paper Application

Please submit the following documents directly to the Regional Office (Asia Pacific) or the Department:

• Application form (duly signed by the students)
• 2 reference forms / letters (original copy). Reference forms / letters (on official letter-headed paper) have to be signed by university academic staff if the candidate is an undergraduate student. Reference forms / letters (on official letter-headed paper) can be signed by an university academic staff and the candidate's employer if the candidate has work experience.
• Academic transcript (original or certified true copy). For students in China, students have to submit the graduation diploma and the degree certificate as well.
• English language qualification, e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, WELT

The application result will be exactly the same irrespective of the channel of submission.

Please note that application fee is waived if the application form (for students in China [including Hong Kong & Macau] only) is submitted via the Regional Admissions Office (Asia Pacific) in Hong Kong.
