WMG at The University of Warwick are pleased and proud to be hosting the 5^th Saudi International Conference 2011 (SIC05) which runs on the University campus from 23rd – 26th of June and were even more delighted to welcome HRH Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf, the Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, who visited the conference today, Friday 24^th June 2011.

The conference is multidisciplinary with research papers from international academics and Saudi postgraduate students covering the subjects of Medical Science, Health & Social Studies, Engineering, Applied Science, Business & Economics, Politics and Law, Education & Linguistics, Humanities and ICT. The conference is organized by the Saudi Students' Clubs in the UK and Ireland. The program includes paper and poster presentations, professional training workshops, plenary panel discussions and a Saudi exhibition day.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference. Presenters of outstanding papers and posters will be singled out according to scientific committees and judges’ arbitration in each field.

Professor Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya and The ambassador His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf met and discussed opportunities from the globalisation of business to research and education. There were also tours which introduced WMG’s range of collaborative research projects.
