Beef fillet with braised cheek
Spiced lentil and coriander bitok
Dark chocolate tart with tangerine ice

The Gala Dinner will be followed by the fantastic 2Rude ska band. We chose this band as it highlights one of Coventry's proudest moments - the birth of ska music in the 1980s. If you haven't heard this infectious, ultimately danceable music you have missed a treat. The band are sure to have us all on our feet reliving our (misspent?) youth. Even if you opt to just sit and toe-tap you will love the high energy entertainment value. Make sure you have booked your place at the Gala Dinner to enjoy this great evening!
