PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES

This project comprised seminars to bring together practitioners and policy-makers with an interest in professional development and employment issues. They offered face-to-face discussion with input from established practitioners, researchers and discussion sessions. They provided a forum for sharing information, for strengthening existing relationships between university staff and communities of practice, and for disseminating research. The first seminar took place in London, the second was hosted at The Roadmender Arts Centre by Northamptonshire’s Lifelong Learning Services.
