I am not a University of Warwick, CES student,
should I still register as "Other students"?

Yes, you will register under "Other Students"


I want to be a volunteer for this event.
How can I sign up to be one?

On the Registration Page, there is an option to sign up as a volunteer. Mark your preference and submit the form.
We will contact you near the conference date.


What is the dress code for the event?

It’s formal-casual.


How can I get a certificate of attendance?

If you require a certificate of attendance, email us (click here) with your request,
and we will post them to you after the event.


What audio-visual facilities are available?

All rooms are equipped with a computer, multimedia projector, whiteboard and markers.


Should I email my presentation to the Organising Committee before the conference?

Bring your presentation to the conference on a USB stick.
You should arrive 10 minutes early before the session starts to load your presentation.


I am not a Warwick University student. Will I receive conference travel funding?

All presenters and attendees must arrange and pay their own travel to attend the conference.
Check with your department if they offer conference travel support.


I have submitted an abstract but can no longer attend the conference.
How can I cancel my registration?

Please contact us immediately so that we amend the conference program.


I have paid the registration fee, but now I couldn't attend the conference.
What should I do?

Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a refund.


Which Car Park should I use to park my car?

Please follow the signposts for "Crossing Boundaries 2015" from the main junction to the Centre for Education Studies. You can find the Centre for Education Studies, CES, labelled on the campus map under "Location" tab in the conference web page.


What opportunity exists for networking?

The Conference affords many opportunities for delegates to mix and mingle. With the Conference program, delegates can discuss the day's events and make plans for the rest of the Conference. There is also refreshment breaks and lunch, ensures our delegates have ample time to make and maintain connections.
