Association for Public Economic Theory
Purpose
The Association for Public Economic Theory (APET) is dedicated to the promotion of theoretical research in all areas of public finance and to the facilitation of communication amongst economists working in this area
Membership
Membership is open to any individual with an interest in theoretical public economics and is bundled with a subscription to the Journal of Public Economic Theory. Information about subscribing may be found at the website of Blackwell Publishers.

APET will hold its fourth meeting at Duke University, North Carolina - June 12-15, 2003
PET 2003 will be chaired by Thomas Nechyba. Plenary speakers include Peter Diamond, James Heckman and James Poterba.
Announcement and Call for Papers
APET held its third meeting at Paris I, from July 3 to 6, 2002.
