    • Futuretrack 2005 and 2006 an independent, interdisciplinary, policy-related research project about the relationship between higher education, career decision-making and labour market trends.
    • Assessing the Impact of Higher Education Expansion on Economic Restructuring, Occupational Change and Access to Opportunities in Brazil and India a comparative international research project on higher education expansion.

    LABOUR MARKET ASSESSMENT AND PROJECTIONS
    • Working Futures Working Futures 2007-2016 represents the most comprehensive set of employment projections available for the UK.
    • CEDEFOP Pan European Employment Projections A Pan-European forecast of occupational skill needs and supplies in Europe.
    • Local Economy Forecasting Model (LEFM) Software developed by IER and Cambridge Econometrics for labour market forecasting. A custom built computer package designed to enable users to produce their own economic projections for local areas within the UK.
    • Skills in England provides a summary of the research evidence on the supply of, and demand for, skills.
    • Labour Market Assessment and Forecasting The Institute Forecasting Service provides the mechanism by which those who require more detailed information can obtain data customised to their own requirements. In this section, a link is provided to information about the International Forecasting and Skills Symposium held at the University of Warwick in September 2011.

    • CASCOT Cascot is a computer program designed to make the coding of text information to standard classifications simpler, quicker and more reliable. The software is capable of occupational coding and industrial coding to the UK standards developed by the UK Office for National Statistics.
