This project aims to develop a new organising framework for labour market and skills indictors that will provide it with an information platform, or Evidence Base. The research will develop a theoretical model for each of the key issues and policy perspectives that the LMI Evidence Base is intended to inform, summarising the current understanding of the key drivers and processes involved. The output from the project will provide the basis for data to be collected and for its presentation and interpretation in Almanac reports.
