Evaluation of an employer-led joint investment strategy

The study, led by IFF Research, was concerned with evaluating the CITB’s Joint Investment Strategy (JIS). The JIS was designed to promote growth in the construction sector and was implemented in several cities across England. IER’s role is that of conducting the quantitative evaluation of the JIS’s impact contributing a cost-benefit analysis. IER also undertook a number of interviews to capture local stakeholder and beneficiary experiences of the programme.
