This project will continue the programme of work that IER has undertaken for Futureskills Scotland. It will involve producing labour demand projections including 4 replacement needs; labour supply and qualifications projections; and an assessment of statistical reliability and sensitivity to assumptions. The project will run over the next three years. It will also include projections for rural and non-rural Scotland.
