Evidencing an enhanced occupational structure for the social care, childrens early years and young peoples workforce
The objectives of this project were to determine whether or not it was feasible to create a methodology for enhancing basic occupational and industrial statistical information as collected by the Office for National Statistics, and if feasible, to generate information for occupational sub-structures within the social care sector. This would provide a conversion matrix to enable Skills for Care and Development to estimate occupational sub-structures across the social care, children's early years and young people's workforces.
