YOU*th Inspire Launches its Creative Change Programme, March 2011

YOU*th Inspire, an initiative seeking to inspire young people to make positive practical change in society launches its brand new 'Creative Change' project this week in affiliation with Aimhigher. Over 60 students from wider participation backgrounds will be coming onto campus over the next two weeks to take part in creative workshops in the areas of creative writing, art, media and physical art. All workshops will be looking at areas of human rights and social justice in creative ways, facilitating Aimghigher students to create their own presentations. These sessions will be led by student volunteers and YOU*th inspire project leaders. The programme will end with an end of year exhibition, where YOU*th Inspire participants will present their work at a celebratory event.
