On Wednesday 25 November, Ben Farrand gave a lecture on the public policy dimension of the EU's unitary patent at City University London. In this talk, Ben highlighted the importance of awareness of the public policy drivers of the EU's intellectual property strategy, and the renewed impetus that economic crisis has given to the single market agenda.
