"Europe's Unfinished Community of Law - Legal Challenges of the Integration Project"

Markus Kotzur is a full professor for Public, Public International and European Union Law at the University of Hamburg where he also serves as managing director of the "Institute of European Integration" and deputy managing director of the "Institute for International Affairs". His main research interests are European Union law, European constitutional theory and the constitutional dimensions of public international law.
