1. You will need a Skype account to use this;

2. Search for users by looking for my university e-Mail address: alan.neal@warwick.ac.uk;

3. Of the options with which you are presented, opt for "lablawprof";

4. You can send messages, speak by way of telephone conversation, or have a video conference;

5. I carry a notebook with me which has a built-in webcam, so any of the options above can be utilised;

6. You are also welcome to make use of this facility in order to have an essay return session in relation to your Assignments;

7. If you are having problems reaching me, send an e-Mail to the normal Warwick address [of, if you are one of my Personal Tutees, use the mobile telephone number with which you have been furnished to send an SMS or to dial directly].
