    Aims

    To ensure relevant staff within local housing authorities–

    • understand the options for action after the HHSRS assessment

    • can determine the most appropriate course of action and prepare a statement of reasons for the action

    • understand how to proceed with emergency action

    • understand the role the Residential Property Tribunal
