Philosophy Reading Groups
The following reading and discussion groups meet regularly during term time and are open to philosophy students and staff. For more information about an individual group, please e-mail the relevant group organiser for details.
Poetry and Philosophy Reading Group
A forum for philosophically engaged discussion of poetry and questions concerning the relations between poetry and philosophy. It brings together staff and postgraduates from Philosophy, English, and other departments.

Origins of Objectivity Reading Group
A reading group on Tyler Burge’s 2010 book of the same title, which draws upon psychology, biology, philosophy of mind, perception and epistemology to present a detailed account of the most basic forms of representation and intentionality.
When: Wednesdays, 4–6pm throughout the summer break
