July 2010: Long Distance Training Camps: A Subjective Comparison

This report is based on my own experiences of long distance training camps in Malta, Jersey and Cork from April - June 2010. This is a subjective account of those camps which aims to help those swimmers interested in joining a training camp or week to choose which is most appropriate for their needs, and at what stage in the training process. These are the views of the author only from her perspective as a swimmer in training for the Channel. You can download the pdf of the report here.
