Maintenance

To ensure consistency of information, this is now the only way to report faults or request moves. Please do not e-mail maintenance directly as requests will not be processed.

Please Note:

  • All faults and repairs will be dealt with by the University's Estates Office.
  • Only complete the above form for one-off furniture moves. Requests for office moves should be communicated directly to the Infrastructure Manager.
  • Any proposed changes to the fabric of the building or substantial decorating works will be dealt with by the Infrastructure Manager via the University's annual Minor Works bidding process Any bids of this nature should be submitted by the end of August from section heads/ managers to the Infrastructure Manager. Proposers will normally be notified if the bid has been successful by the following April and funds will then be released on the first day of the new Financial Year. Please also note that each University department is restricted to a maximum of 3 bids per year.
