Office Allocation and Furniture

On arrival each new member of staff will be allocated an office or part office provided with standard office furniture. There are brochures available for H&S equipment and specialist furniture forspecific problems; this can be arranged by first booking a workstation assessment with the HR Department. The allocation of offices to groups within the school is generally dealt with on an annual basis, depending on up-to-date information regarding new posts and office availability. Staff arriving during the academic year will be dealt with on an ad-hoc basis depending on location and availability. The guidelines for office occupation issued by WBS can be viewed here |
