WBS Staff Leaving Form

This form is to be completed by the Group Secretary/Office Manager when a member of staff is leaving.

When a member of WBS staff leaves, WBS Solutions are required to follow these procedures:

  • Their WBS login account is disabled immediately
  • Their GroupWise email address is removed from all WBS Distribution Lists immediately
  • Their name is removed from the WBS GroupWise Address Book immediately
  • Their GroupWise email account is deleted after 1 month.

If for any reason you wish to request to keep open a GroupWise Account for longer than the month please explain the reasons below. Such exceptions are unusual and have to be individually approved by the Dean’s Office.
