Central IT Services are responsible for the network-wide wireless service.

Wireless hotspots are denoted by the logo above and can be found at the following locations within Warwick Business School, in addition to other locations across campus.

• Scarman Road staff lounge
• Scarman Road student lounge
• Scarman Road reception
• Social Studies lounge
• WBS Solutions Helpdesk

Your device will likely pick up a number of different hotspot services, each for different groups of users (e.g. Staff & Students versus Conference Guests). It is highly recommended that you connect to the hotspot-secure service to ensure your connection is encrypted and safe. This can be a bit of a pain to set up on some devices (!). When you are required to log in you should append @wbs.ac.uk to your usercode (e.g. FM10XX@wbs.ac.uk) . The password is the same as you use for my.wbs. Setup instructions are here.
