Using MS Paint to convert photos to jpeg

The simplest way to convert your photo to a JPEG image in Microsoft Windows is to open the file and resave it with the program Paint. First, open the file with paint.
Now, select File -> Save As...
Then, select JPEG from the Save as type dropdown menu.
