my.wbs access for academics is automatic based on information help in the Teaching Allocation Plan (TAP) database. If you can log into my.wbs but do not see the modules on which you will teach please contact the person responsible for TAP in that group (if in doubt you are probably best advised to speak to your group secretary in the first instance).

Manual database changes are occasionally required, such as when a person is teaching on a course in a voluntary capacity and therefore may not be entered into TAP. If in doubt please contact the Helpdesk.
