How to use the equipment

1. If the Control Panel Touch Screen is dark, touch it to turn it on

2. Press the ‘Main’ hard button (top right) to ensure you are at the appropriate page

3. If you are using the WBS computer (in the cabinet to your right) ensure it is turned on. Log in with the username given below. No password is required

4. If you are using a personal laptop connect it using the Video cable on the lectern

5. The DVD, VCR/Video and Visualizer are all in the cabinet to the right of the lectern

6. Press the appropriate Lighting options button

7. Select your source by pressing a source button

8. The selected source should now be being projected to the audience. If you wish to stop projecting then press the ‘ Stop Projecting’ button

9. You can swap between input sources during your presentation by clicking on the appropriate ‘source buttons’.

At the end of your presentation

Please ensure you turn the projector off by pressing the ‘ Power Off’ button. You will then see the following warning. Press ‘Switch Off’.

Troubleshooting Problems

If the projector does not project then try selecting another source (e.g. Laptop) and then selecting the required source again.
