A Sony VRD-MC5 Multi-Function DVD Recorder is available for loan from the Helpdesk. This is suitable for converting your video tapes to DVDs, by connecting your video camera or VCR directly to it. The DVD Recorder must be signed for by a member of staff. In signing for the device they are taking responsibility for it on behalf of their group. The DVD Recorder can be borrowed by students but it must still be signed for by a member of staff. You will need to provide your own blank DVDs.
