Timely WBS System Status information on any issues arising and ongoing incidents is tweeted at http://twitter.com/WBSSystemStatus and repeated as a feed in other places, including this site, and on the display screen outside the helpdesk (behind WBS Scarman Road reception).

Staff are emailed if there is an incident that they particularly need to be aware of, but are otherwise encouraged to check the Twitter feed.

Should Twitter not be available information will be made available where possible via my.wbs.

Information on upcoming changes and scheduled maintenance to business school services is posted on my.wbs, and linked to from email alerts and tweets.
