The group provides teaching on the full range of programmes in the School from undergraduate through MBA, MPA and specialist Masters, to executive programmes. Courses provided include core courses in operations management and service management, and specialist modules in project management, supply chain management, operations strategy, and performance management. Specialist bespoke courses on current topics such as service excellence, continuous improvement, lean, performance management, process improvemement and world class manufacturing are delivered to senior executives from organisations in both the private and public sectors, including: UBS Investment Bank, Lloyds TSB, Volvo, Ford, Coventry City Council, Corus, TNT, NHS Modernisation Agency, Royal Bank of Scotland, Severn Trent Water and API Group.
Professor Par Ahlstrom from Stockholm School of Economics, said in his recent external examiner's report:
"The teaching and learning methods are world-class. The Warwick OM Group has an excellent reputation for its teaching and related supporting material, such as textbooks, videos and other learning methods.
