Remember - whatever extra-curricular activity you would like to take up, from group events to conference attendance fees and more, you can still apply for the Spring Term awards this year.

D of EThe Duke of Edinburgh's Award Society won £479 to help members go on an expedition to help them win the Gold Award...

We're incredibly grateful to donors for their support, and will report back on our success! The Award is highly regarded by employers and helps us push boundaries and gain new skills and confidence. Our society has existed for over 10 years at Warwick and thanks to your support fourteen members will be able to go on the expedition this year, no matter what their financial background. Your gift will help with costs for transport and equipment hire."

Warwick TVWarwick TV won £450 to help them purchase a high-definition camera and converter...

Thanks to your the Opportunity Fund donors, we'll be able to upgrade our dated cameras and live streaming system, helping us produce high quality, high definition live broadcasts. We'll be covering Varsity this year which has sometimes had some poor quality pictures, but with some new industry standard equipment we'll be able to offer better footage of this and other events like TEDx."

DramaThe WUDS (Warwick University Drama Society) won £350 to help them run theatre workshops:

The Opportunity Fund grant will help us create a series of theatre workshops to explore a number of plays and develop key dramatic skills. We'll invite known practitioners, companies and professionals to lead workshops so that we can keep improving our performances across campus at Warwick Arts Centre, the National Student Drama Festival, and more.

Many of our members aim to become professional actors, and these workshops are highly regarded by future employers in the theatrical world. Thank you for your support!"
