Ensuring fair access to university education

A donation to scholarship and campus life could give the gift of a Warwick education and the opportunities it provides
As I'm sure you know, university isn't just about the degree you receive at the end of your studies. It's about the experiences, relationships and opportunities it provides you with. For many students, it's also their first time away from home and a chance to prove themselves as an adult.
Warwick students embrace this opportunity. Students here are part of so many societies, sports clubs, volunteering groups and charitable organisations. On top of this, they also manage to balance their studies and extra curricular research projects too.
By making a donation today, you can make the Warwick experience available to those who would flourish here, regardless of their financial background.
Those who have donated in the last year have:
- Given 5 new undergraduate scholars the opportunity to study at Warwick starting in October 2013
- Helped 4 new postgraduate scholars to continue their education
- Enabled 21 undergraduate students to take part in extra-curricular research projects
- Enriched student lives by funding 35 projects such as student conferences, volunteering projects, sports equipment and society events through The Opportunity Fund
- Recognised academic achievement through Giving to Warwick Prizes

Why give?
As a Warwick graduate and a teacher, I am a strong believer in the importance of education. Higher education should not just be reserved for the privileged few, but for anyone who is capable. This is why I have decided to give something back to Warwick.
