Gibbet Hill Mental Health and Wellbeing Day
Location: GLT3, GLT4 and the Atrium
Come and join us for a day dedicated to your wellbeing! There'll be lots of information about keeping healthy, tea sampling, a healthy breakfast demo, shoulder massages, a smoothie bike and much more!
We'll also be running some free practical taster sessions during the day, including:
- Mindfulness
- Salsa dancing
- Hula-hooping
- Stretch and relax
- No kit no problem (get some exercise without working up a sweat!)
- 'Make some noise' music session
