Looking for something to do on campus during the vacation? Meet Santa’s Helper at the Arts Centre bus stop and join in the fun:

Saturday 22 December - 11am: Birmingham Christmas Market
Sunday 23 December - 2.30pm: Films & board games at the Chaplaincy
Monday 24 December - 10am: Stratford Guided Tour (BOOK IN ADVANCE)
Tuesday 25 December - 12pm: Films & board games at the Chaplaincy
Tuesday 25 December - from 12pm: Mince pies and drinks in Lakeside Block 2 Common Room. (All welcome. First come, first served!)
Wednesday 26 December - 11am: Trip to restaurant
Thursday 27 December - 2pm: Frisbee, University House field
Friday 28 December - 11am: Broadgate ice-skating & International Market
Saturday 29 December - 11am: Shopping trip to Bicester Village

Most of the above events are organised by the International Office for all students staying on campus during the Christmas vacation. Email Emily Lim for more information. You can also join the 'Warwick students remaining on campus' Facebook group to meet other students over the holidays.

Library - View detailed opening hours

Closed 24-26 December incl. Self-service only 27-31 December. Closed New Year's Day. Reopens Wednesday 2 January 2013.

The Learning Grid, University House

Open 12pm-6pm daily, except Christmas Day.

Leamington Learning Grid

Closes Friday 21 December. Reopens Wednesday 2 January 2013.

Student Reception, University House

Closes 3pm Friday 21 December. Reopens Wednesday 2 January 2013.

Health Centre

Closes 5pm Friday 21 December and reopens Wednesday 2 January 2013. During this period call the Health Centre and you will be redirected to another surgery.

Postrooms

Close 12pm on Friday 21 December. Reopen Wednesday 2 January 2013. Royal Mail will be delivering on Friday 28 and Monday 31 December and students can visit the Student Postroom to collect mail between 11am-3pm on these days. The shuttle bus service will be running during these times.

Post Office

Closed Monday 24-Wednesday 26 December incl. Open Thursday 27 and Friday 28 December 10am-1.30pm. Closed Saturday 29 December-Tuesday 1 January 2013. Reopens Wednesday 2 January 2013.

Warwick Arts Centre

Open daily, except Christmas Day.

Music Centre

Practice Rooms 3-7 open daily, except Christmas Day. Rooms 1, 2 and 8 unavailable from Friday 21 December - Thursday 3 January 2012 incl.

The Chaplaincy

Open daily from 8.30am until 10.30pm. DVD player, TV and facilities to make hot drinks. A warm, friendly envivonment to meet up with other students. Open to all.

IT Services

The IT Help Desk, Library drop-in service and out of hours service, will be closed from 5.30pm on Friday 21 December 2012 and will re-open Wednesday 2 January 2013. You can log calls using the online self service facility, and they'll be dealt with when the help desk re-opens. In the event of an emergency call Security on ext. 22083.
