Our Internet Service Provider, JANET, is currently experiencing problems. This means that:

  • You may have problems accessing your email in some cases.
  • If you're off campus, you may not be able to access the Warwick website or any of our web services.
  • External people may not be able to access our website or web services.

JANET have not currently given us a time by which the problem will be fixed. If this poses a critical problem for your office/department today, please contact us to discuss a work around. Email us at: businesscontinuity@warwick.ac.uk

If Outlook isn't working for you...

If you're having trouble accessing your email via Outlook, you could try using our webmail service as an alternative.
