If you don't, the info could be abused, possibly causing distress to the people it refers to, and Warwick could face fines of up to £500,000, not to mention a lot of negative attention from the media.

Do your bit to protect Warwick and the people we work with by:

• Reading through Warwick’s information policies
• Understanding what kind of information you’re working with
• Not sharing sensitive or personal info with others without consent
• Using a strong password for anything work-related
• Making sure the data you work with isn’t easy to access
