Following a call for nominations earlier this year, a new member has been appointed to Senate to represent the Assembly. Mrs Shirley Crookes, Director of Student Support will sit on Senate as a representative of the Assembly. The three-year period of office until September 2018 will begin on 1 October 2015.

About the Assembly

The Assembly is constituted of a significant number of academic, research and administrative staff of the University. Only two of the members of the Assembly appointed to Senate may be of professorial status.
