Congratulations to Sarah Wood, SITS System Specialist, who has won the Howard Knowles memorial award at this year’s SITS Annual User Conference.

The Tribal SITS Student Records system as well as being the corporate student records system at Warwick is also used at 100+ HE & FE institutions in the UK and an increasing number of international institutions in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, North and South America. About 15 years ago Warwick was instrumental in working with the suppliers to set up and run a series of user led user groups. This is now a highly active user community sharing expertise and experience.

For the past 2 years an award has been given by the Tribal board of directors to a single user who has been conspicuously outstanding in their support for fellow users within this community. This is the Howard Knowles memorial award in memory of a longstanding, highly respected and popular member of the community who sadly died in 2012.

At this year’s SITS Annual User Conference, Sarah Wood our SITS System Specialist in the SITS Application Management Team was given this award in recognition of her hard work.
