Stagecoach, Environment Manager Nick Hillard and Transport Manager Graham Hine have been monitoring the U1 bus service from Leamington Spa to campus since the start of term. As a result of this monitoring, Stagecoach have agreed to put on additional buses at peak times.

Five extra buses have been added to the morning peak service, and one extra bus has been added to the evening peak service. These are all double decker buses as opposed to single decker buses.

Since the start of term, Stagecoach and Travel Coventry have both added buses to their peak time services in response to the growing number of passengers. The University will remain in contact with bus providers to ensure that bus services are sufficient to meet the demands of staff and students.
