Office for Global Engagement

Global Reach

Warwick's global ambition is best articulated by our strategy Looking Forward which states how we will engage with our global partners. Our Partnerships team provides information on funding opportunities to support international research collaboration. This work is also supported by our overseas offices and we’re enhancing our international profile through Warwick in California, CUSP and the Monash Warwick Alliance. Our international alumni also play an important role in enhancing our global reach.

Global Students

We want all our students to Go Global. The University partners with over 230 universities across the world. Study Abroad offers opportunities either through Erasmus+ or with our worldwide partners. We also have a variety of short-term options. You can develop your intercultural skills through our innovative training programme and get involved in the many student-led societies in the Students' Union. Our International Foundation Programme (IFP) welcomes over 250 international students every year.

Global Campus

We are passionate about providing exceptional international student support and ensuring our new students enjoy a great start to life in the UK, which begins with the Welcome to Warwick programme. Our professional immigration service provides dedicated support to international students and we work in partnership with the Students' Union and the Centre for Applied Linguistics to ensure we have an integrated campus where all our students, both home and international, can thrive and learn from one another.

Connecting Warwick to the World

If Warwick is to achieve its ambition of becoming a truly global institution, it will need to extend its worldwide reach and reputation; develop its students' global intercultural skills and create an integrated community on campus.
