About the Knowledge Centre
The digital gateway to the University's world class expertise, research and learning.
The Knowledge Centre launched in July 2010 and is a major new initiative from the University which aims to ensure Warwick is your primary source of knowledge and learning providing access to our world class research, learning materials and leading academic experts.
Under a range of themes and a variety of exciting projects, the Knowledge Centre provides content of interest to alumni and friends including exclusive interviews with Warwick academics; specially commissioned videos and podcasts; topical news analysis; archive journals and documents; and online learning resources.
As this is a relatively new service your feedback is vital in helping to shape the future of this exciting new portal. Throughout the site we will be asking for feedback through surveys, polls and ratings and comments on content. This information will be used to assess the Knowledge Centre's value and to find out if you want us to continue providing the service. We want feedback about what you like, what you would like to be different and what's useful to you. In time, the Knowledge Centre may become a more developed service offering access to expertise and learning in novel, ultimately valuable ways.
The site we hope to develop will be tailored to the interests of users, bringing you the most relevant content to your interests and needs. In addition, we will develop communities within our users which share common interests, be they academic, professional or social. At this initial stage we are using Facebook and Twitter to establish the beginnings of these communities. At the foot of most pages, you will see a "comments" box, which we welcome users to use to discuss content.
