Warwick tops list of universities targeted by the UK's largest graduate recruiters
A report published in The Telegraph shows that the University of Warwick is the number one target for graduate recruitment by top employers.
Stephen Ward, Head of External Relations, explains, “Being ranked as number one is testament to both the hard work we have done in building strong relationships with these key employers and, of course, the high calibre of our students. As the majority of this group recruit from all degree disciplines and offer placements as well as graduate opportunities, this is great news for every Warwick student.
“However, I'm keen to point out that we are just as committed to applying the same careful approach in other employment sectors. Not every student sees their future in large corporate employers and it is essential that we give our students the best possible chance of getting the career they want – whether that be at international organisations, local businesses or charities.”
The University of Warwick has fared well in the past with a top ten placing in each of the previous five reports and leading the list for the first time is reflective of the investment being made in the future career paths of the students.
