Checklist

The following checklist has been designed to help you prepare for graduation. We recommend that you review the tasks below and complete the ones applicable so that when the day comes, you can sit back, relax, and celebrate with your friends and family!

Required for all graduands

Complete graduation registrationLink opens in a new window when asked to do so. ALL eligible students must register. If you do not register you will graduate in absentia by default.
Check your name on your student recordLink opens in a new window (My Data tab). After graduation we are not able to amend your name on your record, so it is vital that you check beforehand that this is correct. If your name is incorrect, please contact usLink opens in a new window with a photo/scan of your ID in advance of the ceremonies.
Ensure all study related fees/charges are paid by the deadline of 16:00 (GMT) on Thursday 27 June 2024. Check your account via Student Records Online.Link opens in a new window

For graduands attending a ceremony

Book your robe, hood and hat from Ede and Ravenscroft by Monday 1 July 2024
Order your official photographsLink opens in a new window from Ede and Ravenscroft (if required)
Purchase any extra guest ticketsLink opens in a new window (if required)
Check the dress codeLink opens in a new window
Check the key timings for the dayLink opens in a new window, to plan accordingly
If you are travelling from outside of the UK, check the latest UK government rules and guidanceLink opens in a new window for arriving in England from another country, and the visa guidance from our immigration team
If you are travelling to the ceremonies by car, complete the parking registration form. This will be sent to you via email in early July 2024
