Home/ EU/ Channel Isles/ Isle of Man students who will start their course in 2017 and onwards

Tuition fees are payable for each year of your course at the start of the academic year, or at the start of your course, if later. For details on how to pay your fees, please see our Making Payments pages.

Following the recent government announcement that there will be no changes to the tuition fee caps for 2020-21, the tuition fee for students who qualify for government-regulated fees (currently students classed as ‘Home’ or ‘Home/EU’ for fees purposes) for the 2020-21 academic year will remain at £9,250. The University may increase fees in line with any inflationary uplift as determined by the UK Government, if permitted by law or government policy, in subsequent years of your course. It is anticipated that such increases would be linked to RPI (the Retail Price Index excluding mortgage interest payments).

Tuition fee charges for EU students

The University has confirmed that EU students commencing study in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 will continue to be charged fees at the same rate as UK students.

Tuition fee charges for Channel Isles / Isle of Man students

Tuition fees for 2020-21 are as stated in the tables below.

Intercalated year/ study abroad

If you will be studying abroad or undertaking an intercalated year in 2020-21, please see the Undergraduate Tuition Fees For Students on Study Abroad or Intercalated Year in 2020-21 for details of the fees you will be charged.
