How to Pay

Tuition Fees are due in full at the start of the Academic Year or the start of your course, whichever is later. The University charges late payment fees on all balances that are overdue (Ordinance 16(6)). The University also offers students the option of paying tuition fees in instalments by direct debit (see the section below on paying fees in instalments for more information). All fees owing to the University must be paid in Pounds Sterling.

The following methods of payment are available for paying fees to the University in full at or before enrolment:

  • Pay online at MyWarwick (You must have enrolled with the University and have setup an IT Services account to be able to pay your fees online.) Please select 'My Student Records' followed by 'My Data' opting for the Finance tab where you can view your account online.
  • Cheque/Bankers draft made payable to ‘University of Warwick’ (the University does not accept Eurocheques), and paid:

Please quote your University number and student name on any payment you make or on any transfer you make to the University’s bank account. On the reverse of any cheques or bankers drafts, please ALSO write what it is you are paying ie: Tuition Fees or Accommodation Fees. If you do not tell us what it is you are paying, we will allocate your payment at our discretion clearing the oldest balances first.

Paying tuition fees and accommodation fees in instalments by direct debit

A direct debit can be set up with the University to:

  • Pay Accommodation fees on a termly basis.
  • Pay tuition fees in instalments throughout the academic year (the first 25% of your fees MUST be paid at or before enrolment using the methods shown above, even if you opt to pay by direct debit each year).

If you opt to pay both tuition and accommodation fees by direct debit, one amount for both payments will be taken from your account. Full details of the Direct Debit process can be found on the Paying By Direct Debit webpage.
