It is your responsibility to ensure your student record is accurate, so please remember to update your details online. If you don't, you may receive incorrect correspondence from the University or other agencies that support your education and your time at Warwick.

Student records

Students’ records are essential to enable crucial aspects of the work of the University and to ensure a quality student experience.

We achieve this by:

  • maintaining accurate student records within the University’s student records system and external agency databases;
  • giving advice and guidance to departments and students on all matters connected to students’ records;
  • working together with staff throughout the University to deliver a consistent, effective and efficient service.
