Campus residences
From 2012/2013 we will have 14 halls of residence, including a brand new hall called Sherbourne. Information on the individual residences including prices can be found below. All the halls of residence including the study bedrooms are non-smoking. Heating, Lighting, Water, Power, Insurance and Internet are included in the rent.
For 2012/2013 we have 3 different let lengths depending upon the hall of residence and the type of students the hall is available to.
A 30-week let covers term time only, and requires you to vacate your room during the Christmas and Easter Vacation. You will not be able to extend the 30-week let. However you will be able to apply for vacation accommodation on campus prior to the start of each vacation period.
A 39-week let covers term time and the Christmas and Easter vacations.
A 50-week let covers postgraduates for the full period of their academic year (October - mid September).

Arthur Vick is centrally located and within a few minutes’ walk of the campus facilities. The red-brick paths through the inner courtyards wind between well-tended gardens to offer a pleasant surrounding environment. Arthur Vick provides rooms located on wide corridors with spacious kitchen and common room areas. Members of the Residential Life Team are on site to provide pastoral care and help foster the student community.

Description
Benefactors is centrally located and only a short walk from the Students’ Union and the Costcutter supermarket. Benefactors offers a style of living not offered elsewhere on the campus with 24 split floor twins rooms. The other rooms are for individual occupations and all accommodation is situated around a large central communal lounge used for study and social interaction. A member of the Residential Life Team is resident in the building to help foster the student community and to provide pastoral care.

Bluebell is centrally located and within a few minutes’ walk of the facilities on main campus. The Gibbet Hill campus is a 10 minute walk away via a path adjacent to the Bluebell blocks. Bluebell was completed in 2011 and offers accommodation in flats of 8 persons to a high specification. Each bedroom has a full length window to take full advantage of the picturesque surroundings which includes Tocil Ponds to the South East. The strong community feel is fostered by the Residential Life Team living on site.
