Reporting Faults in University-managed Accommodation
Warwick Accommodation office hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm.
Any faults reported outside these hours will be responded to on the next working day.
If you are living in an off-campus University Managed House and your house develops boiler issues please refer to notices regarding this near your boiler and the instructions in your House Folder. The majority of houses are covered by Laker BMS and if this is the case you should ring 024 7684 1770 between 8am and 5pm and 07970192595 for Out of Hours Emergencies
