Reporting Faults in University-managed Accommodation

Warwick Accommodation office hours:
  • Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00pm
  • Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.

Any faults reported outside these hours will be responded to on the next working day. In an emergency please call reception on 02476 522280 or Security on 02476 522083.

Campus fault reporting

Warwick Commercial Group has its own team who are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of student accommodation on campus. Students living in the student halls on campus can report faults and check their progress online.

Off campus fault reporting

Students living in University managed off-campus accommodation can report faults and check their progress online.
